Product Warranty

Conserver® purification products manufactured or sold by Next Generation Filtration Systems LP (NGFS) are warranted to their original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the original equipment recommended change interval.  Our products are warranted to their original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers properly installed units.  This warranty does not cover any Product that: a) has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or casualty; b) has been improperly installed; or c) has been installed into an engine which is not referenced as a conforming application.

Any Covered Product which is determined by Next Generation Filtration Systems LP to be defective will be replaced at no charge.  In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a Covered Product, Next Generation Filtration Systems LP  will provide the lesser of the: i) restoration of the engine or equipment to a condition equivalent to that existing just prior to the failure or ii) cash payment of the fair market value of the vehicle. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Next Generation Filtration Systems, LP DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS AND ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL AND SPECIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of such warranties or damages, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.

You must cooperate with Next Generation Filtration Systems LP claims management process. Please submit claims to Next Generation Filtration Systems LP within 30 days after discovery of damage. Next Generation Filtration Systems LP reserves the right to examine the engine, equipment and filter to determine the amount of damage and whether such damage was caused by a defective Covered Product. Therefore, claimants must take steps necessary to preserve the engine and/or equipment and the filter during the claims investigation period.  RE³ would need a letter from the OEM stating that our unit was the reason that the equipment failed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

USING THE CONSERVER® PURIFICATION SYSTEM OR GOING WITH EXTENDED DRAIN INTERVALS WILL NOT VOID YOUR NEW VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.

In fact, it is against Federal law for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to deny warranty coverage based solely on the use of non OEM equipment. The warranty informs consumers of this fact. Using NGFS products in addition to OEM-branded filtration, or practicing extended drain intervals when using NGFS products, does not void vehicle or equipment manufacturer warranties.

VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES In the United States: Use of Next Generation Filtration Systems LP products will not void your Original Equipment warranty. A manufacturer may not require the use of any brand of filter unless either the manufacturer provides the filter for free-of-charge under terms of the warranty or the manufacturer successfully demonstrates to the Federal Trade Commission that its product will not work properly without a specified item or service. To date, the FTC has not made any such determination for filtration products. If a manufacturer makes a claim that using a Next Generation Filtration Systems LP product will void or has voided your warranty, ask the manufacturer to provide this statement in writing.
