Conserver® HI3 Unit

(RECOMMENDED FOR GEAR BOXES, PUMPS, COMPRESSORS, GENERATORS, RESERVOIRS, AND MARINE EQUIPMENT WITH RESERVOIRS UNDER 50 GALLONS.)


This model uses a single HI3 unit for purification of fluid power systems using up to a 50 gallon reservoir. When the environment allows for a unit to be directly attached to the equipment near the fluid reservoir the Model CU3DA is the best solution. The Conserver® system uses the pressure of the equipment’s fluid system to move the fluids from the reservoir to the Conserver® unit and uses gravity to flow the fluid back to the equipment reservoir. Non pressurized systems will require the use of an optional pump to supply the fluid to the Conserver®. With pressure between 5 and 15 psi, a sufficient flow will occur to the Conserver®. The System Control Box supplies the necessary logic and controls to assure that the Conserver® unit performs properly. Multiple micron retention filtration options are available to assist you in achieving your targeted ISO cleanliness code. Moisture level target is to maintain levels below 250 PPM. The customer will provide the mounting bracket, (template included) for installation. Hoses, Pumps and other optional items are available.

Conserver® HI4 Unit

Two Conserver® HI4 Units Mounted on a Stationary Skid

(RECOMMENDED FOR COMPRESSORS, GENERATORS, TURBINES, RESERVOIRS, MARINE EQUIPMENT WITH RESEVOIRS UNDER 400 GALLONS.)


This model uses two HI4 units for purification of fluid power systems using up to a 400 gallon reservoir. This system is mounted on its own stand and can be located near the equipment reservoir. For very large reservoirs where a single unit cannot maintain the desired purification stage the Model CU4-2SRRP is the best solution. Pressurized systems require only the included pump for returning fluid from the Conserver® reservoir while non pressurized system will require the use of a second (optional) pump to supply the Conserver® by moving the fluid from the equipment reservoir to the Conserver® unit. The System Control Box supplies the necessary logic and controls to assure that the Conserver® unit performs properly. This configuration is for equipment with larger reservoirs or larger holding tanks. The Conserver® Model CU4-2SRRP uses a reservoir to balance the flow of fluid through the purification process. Multiple micron retention filtration options are available to assist you in achieving your targeted ISO cleanliness code. Moisture level target is to maintain levels below 250 PPM.
